Remote monitoring and repairs may require additional monitoring equipment and may not be possible for all devices. Advanced ETI Remote/Phone support may require homeowner or representative to be on-site at a scheduled time during ETI business hours. System repairs are subject to manufacturers warranties. Remote custom programming will be billed at current service rate if customer does not have an Elite Customer Care Plan. Non-ETI provided components require on-site evaluation for Care Plan to be activated on that system.

**ON SITE SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CURRENT SERVICE RATE WITH THE MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT BEING APPLIED TO THAT CHARGE**. Terms and condition are subject to change with 30-day notice.
